What we collect
- Booking form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- WhatsApp and phone calls: if you contact us this way, we receive your phone number and your messages.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages visited) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising or tracking tools on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To plan and run your event if you book with us.
- To send our newsletter, only if you signed up for it.
- To keep this website secure.
We use your information on the basis of the consent you give when you send us a form or message. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with the services that run this website and our communication:
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and delivers the emails sent from our forms.
- Google, which provides the map on our contact section and the fonts on this website. When these load, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- Vendors we work with for your event (for example venues or decorators), only the details they need and only if you book with us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer for an event we are organising for you or for legal and accounting reasons. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. [Please confirm these periods suit how you work.]
Photos from your event
